Summer School Programs

SUMMER SCHOOL PROGRAMS

Each summer school program includes 20 hours of personalized, 1-on-1 tutoring to meet individual student needs. Summer school locations in Seattle, Bellevue and Sammamish.

MATH TUTORING

  • Elementary (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
  • Middle (fractions, decimals, percents)
  • Algebra (functions, equations, graphing)
  • Geometry (angles, circles, polygons, area, volume)

READING TUTORING

  • Vocabulary
  • Comprehension and fluency
  • Analyzing theme, intent, style and bias
  • Speed reading strategies

WRITING SKILLS

  • Spelling and vocabulary
  • Grammar and syntax
  • Sentence, paragraph and essay structure
  • Research, narrative or poetry

STUDY SKILLS

  • Developing a study plan
  • Organizing school materials
  • Research, test and note taking
  • Critical thinking, focus and concentration skills

SCHEDULING

Families may choose from the following two options:

  • 2 week program: Monday through Friday for 2 hours per day.
  • 4 week program: Monday through Friday for 1 hour per day.

Workshops begin on any Monday from June 15th – August 17th, space available on a first-come basis. Our hours are M-F 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. Contact us to reserve your schedule for one or more workshops.

COST

The costs for our personalized, 1-on-1 summer school programs include:

  • Tuition = $1150, payable in advance.
  • Lifetime enrollment fee = $150 (not applicable for returning students)
  • All materials included
